I've placed my order, Now what?
Thanks for choosing MakeUpMart. An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful receipt of your order and payment.
All order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri not including weekends or holidays)
A dispatch email will be sent to you with a tracking number. All order are shipped via Royal Mail.
Can I Amend My Order?
Unfortunately not. Once your order is received, we are unable to amend it.
Can I cancel My Order?
An order can be cancelled before it is shipped. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, that is no longer possible. Please email us for assistanvce
Please note returns are not accepted on any of the Colourpop Cosmetics items due to the nature of the product. We ask that you are 100% certain of the product before making a purchase. However, we are pleased to accept returns on all other items within the store within 14 days. To ensure your return is processed successfully, please contact customer services before returning any item. You will be given a Unique return code and instructions on how to use this code to return your item.
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected before a refund or store credit is processed. Please ensure the item remains in its original packaging, sealed, unopened and unused and all outer packaging are in a pristine condition. Your return will be refused if items are returned in a state other than the way it was sent to you. We cannot accept items that has been opened, swatched or tested.
Customers are responsible for any return postage incurred. We encourage that you use a tracked shipping service to ensure your item is covered against loss.

We ship within the UK and Europe (Watch this space! We are now working on shipping all over the world including Nigeria)
Are The Products you sell Genuine?
We stock only authentic and genuine makeup and beauty products. No replicas or imitations.
All orders are signed for items, in cases where there was not one to sign at the time of delivery, your order will be taken to your local depot and a collection card will be left
for you with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or pick up your item from your local sorting office.
In any cases where your item has not arrived within 5 working days and there has not been any attempts of delivery, please track your item for the latest update or contact customer services for assistance.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during transit to you.

Please Include your Order Number and a Clear Picture of the damaged items and we will process a replacement.
Wrong Item Received
Please accept our sincere apologies if there was a mistake with your order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will advise how to proceed.
We understand this can be very frustrating, rest assured this will be dealt with in a timely manner.
Missed Delivery/Returned to Us
Please note that if your parcel is returned to us undelivered, you will be refunded for the products ordered minus the delivery cost. This also applies to requests for order cancellation after the order has shipped.
